General

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the T.O.S below.If there is a need to commission a work that does not follow my T.O.S please ask the artist (me) before commissioning to discuss said request.I have the right to decline a commission if I feel I am no fit to do it.

Payment

Commissions must be paid the full amount upfront in the span of 24h.Payment plans and longer holds can be made for more expensive commissions, but I will not be finishing the commission before full payment is made.A complexity fee may be added if I find the character design to be difficult/complex, this fee varies depending on the type of commission, but it is usually 5€ - 10€.

Deadlines and Delivery

I will always try to finish any commission as fast as possible, but in special cases, the commissions may take up to 3-6 months to be completed depending on: health (physically & psychologically), commission queue, work, school and family issues. If any of these apply and I feel more time will be needed I will let the commissioner know asap.

Use

Anything commissioned may only be used for personal use.If you wish to use said commission for commercial use please ask before commissioning, so we can further discuss it.

Refunds

If after starting the commission the commissioner wants to cancel, a 30% refund will be given.

Communication

You are always free to ask to see work in progress.I always try to communicate as often as i can to make sure the commission is going according to what you want from it.Communication is preferred in Discord / Toyhou.se as i check both ofter, but other platforms may also be used such as Twitter, Deviantart, Instagram and Furaffinity.
